Return And Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached.

  • Products must be in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return:

Return Process:

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@explrm.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the Item: Follow the return process outlined above.

  2. Make a Separate Purchase: Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification.

Conditions for EU Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached.

  • Original packaging must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
